Located outside of Merano, plenty of parking, friendly check-in, clean and comfortable, good value for the price.

Nice location just outside the town, easy parking and modern check-in/out procedures. Good value for money and very affordable rates. The coffee vending machine was fantastic with a great variety of drinks, always ready and incredibly cheap.
The constant traffic noise from the busy road close-by was really disturbing and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also no staff present during our stay, and we had to walk quite a distance to have breakfast at the sister property.

Located just steps away from the Falzeben cable car, making it convenient for avid hikers and skiers. the room was clean and well, maintained with a stunning view of the surrounding fruit farms. the service lady was accommodating and check, in was hassle, free.
The lack of refrigerator or breakfast on site was inconvenient for budget travelers.

I loved being surrounded by orchards and enjoying the stunning views from this accommodation. The cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location close to the Falzeben cable car were definite pluses.
